     This weeks project is to create a minimum of ten pieces of remixed objects. A Rose By Any Other Name - Bow and Rose Arrow Head     I decided to replace the arrowheads with roses. This was because I liked the idea of how a sharp and deadly weapon is made useless after adding a beautiful and fragile flower. While at the same time I was able to make the sharp and thorny roses become unthreatening by combining it with a weapon. So, I used the bells to signify the bells ringing when it's tea time. I was inspired by the short camera montage that was shown during Karim Rashid's interview and decided to recreate an Instax mini polaroid camera. Rather than recreate one of the cameras shown in the documentary, I made the decision to choose a polaroid camera instead. I decided to do this because I have always appreciated the ability to have a physical copy of an image, something which cannot be achieved through the use of a mobile phone, unlike digital copies.
